The stock should respond quite negatively to this failure of the Palantir platform to flag or predict these attacks, which has come at great political costs for the Trump administration to impose and deploy on the public. The purpose of "anti-semitism" goes to the ulema and clerics within American Muslim allies: by persecuting the followers of clerics who advocate anti-semitic ideas, it puts indirect pressure, from the United States, on the clerics within the Muslim states to constrain and moderate their language.
Muslim countries seek America for growing their wealth. However, this comes at a price: toning-down anti-semitic rhetoric. Muslim governments can not directly demand the ulema tone-down its rhetoric, and so instead, America does it, for them: hence the social media audits by CBP for visitors and migrants to the US, especially from Muslim states.
