Marriage: a Social Derivative With Respect to Fear and Time

Whether a celebrity or in my own personal circle, I see almost every single marriage eventually fail.

Now, why do marriages fundamentally fail? I don't believe that the spouses prove dramatically worse or better than in prior generations - indeed, they have all been inculcated a la Epstein, through broadcast media and later social media, into acting against their own true interests, but as alluded to before, the baby boomers proved equally gullible with their idiotic hippy culture - we can go back to the Crusades in the 12th century for ample examples of gross public naivete.

Indeed, social media and screens have done incalculable psychic and mental harm to people, but this does not drive the self-alienation occurring across the West.

You Don't Plan A Future at the Gallows

Every Westerner shares a common dread: the future. Whether the boomer facing an increasingly precarious public space or the zoomer with nothing but oblivion before him, across generations and all the West, Westerners share the sentiment: Doom!

Consciously or not, it manifests as anxiety about the future. Some articulate it as Climate Change, WW III, SkyNet/AI - it does not matter - the Future is Doomed.

With such programming driven into our subconscious, let alone consciousness, how could we POSSIBLY build and maintain enduring relationships? The very concept of public life, of which marriage is part, requires some faith in the future and value in posterity.

We have been, to a man, programmed to not only anticipate oblivion but actually seek it - like a villain at the gallows wanting to end his ordeal.

The Epstein-ifcation of Society Manufactures Doom

With the social engineers foisting Doom upon our minds, Westerners gave up on several things:

• Public Life
  • Social norms - manners, neighborhoods, commons, no "police state"
  • Traditional culture - festivals, holidays
• Art
  • Music (nearly extinct)
  • Poetry (extinct)
• Family
  • TFR -> 0

When faced with imminent oblivion, only the most pious man can retain any sublime appreciation: almost all of us panic, begin rationalizing, and then begin anticipating and even desiring the oblivion to end the apprehension and fear, itself. That's why we only see TFR > 2 generally in highly-religious communities (or very wealthy families).

The "Fear of the End", the "Fear of Doom", itself, Dooms us.

Marriage Was Stronger in Much Harder Times

There have been materially harder times in history, but never with so much doom and pessimism about the future and man's role in it. With the Esptein-ification of Public Life and our minds and souls, we can not escape drowning in doubt - this fatal doubt - that makes the poet drop his pen and the musician scroll his screen. The doubt, the futility of our very lives deprives our Being the very Will needed to create anything.

Being & Creation Can't Co-exist With Doom

Indeed, we can consider the Epstein-culture a "Death Culture" if not an outright "Death-Cult". The lower castes articulate it as "Progressivism" or "Nationalism", depending on your preferred seating at the trough.

Epstein-Class Confuse Power With Metaphysical Collapse

The Epstein-class insist they have the future in their control: with enough surveillance, drugs, and social/biological engineering, they can execute a "soft landing" of a Western Civilization deprived of a viable metaphysics, made acute since the catastrophic end of Western civilization in 1914 and fatal since WWII.

In fact - in fact - the Epstein-class themselves embrace an illusion: their "soft landing" is nothing more than guiding a corpse into its grave. Look at the elite: today, the men who constitute the "elite" would be physically thrown out of power and wealth by the actual elite of, say Jackson-era America or even Teddy Roosevelt. They look effete, behave cowardly, and would never face another man in a live duel - ever. They are a degenerate elite for a necrotic society.

End-Game? What Shall We Do?

Like Aeneas fleeing the defeated Troy, the next civilization will come from those who consciously break-away from the necrotic carcass of the post-modern West: we simply need to allow ourselves the courage to realize the hour and not embrace cowardly optimism when, in fact, it's precisely the time to harden one's heart to the pain of defeat and fear of oblivion. Through hardening our hearts to pain and fear, we give ourselves the courage to wrest the wreath of Eternal Glory from the specious elite that declaim our physical irrelevance and attempt our spiritual and psychic dissolution.
