CRA - Black Grievances Were a Tool, Not an End

The purpose of the Civil Rights Act ("CRA") was to impose a Federal "firewall" between the voting populace of the United States and any possibility of another "Red Scare".

McCarthy Impelled CRA; Vietnam Compelled It

The show-trials of McCarthy shattered any balance within the American elite. Furthermore, the Military-Industrial Complex required fresh windfalls of draftees and financing for yet another massive war in Vietnam ("police action"): needless to say, the Right in America lacked sufficient power both practically ("Epstein-world") and overtly ("Congress") to both levy men and treasure for another war.

Indeed, the "Right" agreed to sell-out its own "far-Right" to be able to wage yet another Imperial war and further enrich the associated insiders.

CRA - Destroyed America to Prevent McCarthy's Return

To prevent a return of a phenomenon like McCarthy, America herself had to undergo deep ethnic replacement. McCarthy played into the sensibilities and anxieties of White Protestants, especially in the South - only total ethnic replacement would suffice to provide the deep guarantees require by the Left to endorse YET ANOTHER WAR and sanction a draft of men.

What SHOULD have occurred: Church Intervention - Repeat of Prohibition Movement

What should have occurred, in a "better world", would have been a church-led movement to shame and persuade those abusing black Americans: indeed, the clergy and Church still had sufficient influence, at this time, to coerce Americans to turn their backs on businesses with racist practices and shun politicians using inflammatory rhetoric and embracing racist policies.

The entire media organs would amplify credible pastors and ministers, unlike the promoted yet compromised "vehicle" of MLK Jr. and the curiously overlooked Malcom X...

Proof this would work: it was through religious organizations that Americans banned alcohol - indeed, prohibition came through the pulpit. Likewise, the Church and associated organs could have fulfilled this role, too, without the histrionics, staged outrages, and provocations that polarized and provoked Americans to their own disadvantage.

CRA - Cynical Policy to Balance Greed and Fear in Elite Civil War

Father Greed and Mother Fear birthed the CRA, and from this poisoned Union, nothing good has come for those ostensibly under its Mandate.
