The Upcoming "Limited" US Military Draft; American Imperative to Open a Vietnamese Front Against China

America slides inexorably into war with neo-Soviet Eurasia - China, Russia, and their associated satellite states around the world.

Already, the US has updated the draft system, fully automating it with full bi-partisan support:

Automatic selective service registration keeps the threat of the draft alive
If you oppose the draft, you should oppose the measures that would make it easier to implement, too.

Interesting... and now, the "Flock" Cameras... with perfunctory review by Congress for media points, but indeed, they have already been installed... and so "further review" does not threaten them with removal:

Why Do We Need Flock Cameras For the Draft?

Unlike the Vietnam-war draft, this draft prioritizes well-employed, useful men:

Why is the Selective Service war gaming a ‘special skills’ draft?
A military mobilization exercise offers clues about who might be drafted for what sort of conflict (hint: US-China)

These very men - presumably somewhat to well educated, with the resources and intelligence to "lay low" for a long-time, risk humiliating the Selective Service at its most vulnerable: the military absolutely offers nothing good to skilled tradesmen, and so coercing these very skilled tradesmen into the military remains an essential military staffing imperative.

The US military, in the upcoming war, can not wait weeks or months for men camping-out in parks or trying to flee the country and be repatriated: Trump needs these skilled men immediately - days, at most - weeks could lose the US the war.

Flock cameras enable centralized tracking of essential workers demanded in the upcoming war with China over Taiwan.

Taiwan Conflict Means Massive Damage to Pacific USN/USAF Bases

Within the same article, simulations suggest the US Navy and then Airforce bears the brunt of the Taiwan conflict losses:

The men selected for the initial draft will be the skilled tradesmen precisely required to rebuild and repair destroyed bases and equipment - the simulation for that cohort already completed in January, 2026. American bases in the Pacific, e.g. Guam, Okinawa, and Saipan, presumably would face annihilation in retaliation for an attack on mainland China, and these drafted technicians would deploy to rebuild the bases after a counter-attack.

The remaining draft cohort simulation - one for unskilled, general draftees - remains outstanding and ostensibly executes this December. It should be noted that a "general draft" would produce limited returns: American youth have been physically, mentally, and spiritually destroyed by poisoned food, deliberately corrupted social norms, and psychologically shattered by abusive and subversive public education:

RFK Jr. Claims Majority of American Kids Are Unable To Qualify for Military
RFK Jr., aka Robert F. Kennedy Jr., has expressed concern that not many American kids can qualify for military service. Kennedy addressed the matter during a press conference on nutrition education on…

Presumably, then, the US remains stuck with a mostly professional military - outside of technical expert draftees, mainstream American young men prove un-usable in any conflict.

One should note why RFK Jr. bothers saying this in public, though: it puts, on the record, this fatal American vulnerability - which suffices for treason trials for vast swathes of the American elite and ruthless and thorough expropriation of all their assets, trusts, and foundations.

What War With China Is Not for USA: Direct Trench Warfare

War with China, directly, is not "trench warfare" of Eastern Europe.

The only country that face a direct ground-based threat from China is Vietnam, who humiliated China in the last Sino-Viet war of 1979.

Alongside American allies Taiwan, Japan, and the Philippines is Vietnam:

Vietnam demands end to activity in Paracels after report of Chinese construction
Vietnam said on Friday it strongly opposed all foreign activities in the Paracels archipelago in the disputed South China Sea, following a report earlier this week of ‌new Chinese construction on an islet there.

Malaysia, while cited as a complainant in the article, possesses an ardently pro-Xi government, in accordance with Muslim sensitivity to the Gaza crisis.

American Ground Troops Back in Vietnam?

Vietnam pushes for major trade concessions from the US at just the right time: when war with China proves imminent:

Vietnam urges US to consider granting market economy status
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Van Thang has urged the US to remove Vietnam from its D1 and D3 export control lists, consider recognizing the country as a market economy, and take an objective and fair approach to trade remedy cases.

A reminder: Vietnam has a population exceeding 100 million people, a competent, battle-proven military, and the incentive and motivation to fight China in a successful ground-war.

The last Sino-Viet war lasted only a month(Feb-Mar 1979), and the PAVN humbled the comparatively massive PLA.

Vietnam's leadership maintains a cordial albeit strained relationship with China - while Vietnam would love to remain neutral, neutrality would prove intolerable to Xi in the upcoming war, especially given Vietnam's obvious preference for an American alliance, as opposed to a Chinese one:

Key Policy Objective: Get Vietnam in the War

Opening a ground-front against China, through Vietnam, would require the US to give enormous economic and technological concessions to Vietnam - exceeding anything given to Egypt and likely approaching those given to Israel.

With Vietnam emerging as the main pillar of America's Empire, she commands enormous influence - and unlike China, Vietnamese actually want to live and invest in America!

What About Casualties?

Good news: the Ukraine war proved the mettle of many mercenary formations, especially the Colombians. To augment the Vietnamese, contractors and foreign mercenary detachments, especially Venezuelan ones, will join the fight alongside PAVN, with American units in support.

Between mercenary forces, American support, and unlimited American technology and firepower, the Vietnamese front, alone, would collapse Xi's economy and dramatically shorten the viability of his Taiwan blockade.

Eventually, the Party would either escalate to nuclear war or expunge Xi.
